Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Adoption procedure

I just recently got married to a woman that has a daughter from a previous relationship. The father has never been involved and is not on her birth certificate. My wife and I would like for me to be her legal father, and don't know how to go about the adoption procedure for this situation. What I would like to know is what I need to do in order to proceed with the adoption.

knowing nothing about your situation, I would suggest that you wait six months to a year before you ask the question again.
