Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

i need advice

i am 21 and i have been with the father of my daughter for almost 3 years we have our good days and we have our bad days but this time i cant take it he keeps threatening me that hes calling a lawyer to get custody but i know as well as anyone that when im not at work i take care of her all the time he always leaves doesnt really do anything he never helps me out he would rather be out with his friends then to be with me and my daughter i cant afford a lawyer but i cant let him got custody if it came down to it please i dont know what else to do.

You may qualify for a free attorney. The New Hampshire Bar Association has volunteer attorneys who accept certain cases at no charge in appropriate circumstances.
