At what age can a child decide which parent they want to live with in the state of NH

The short answer to your question is 18. However, when a child reaches age 12, if there is a parenting rights and responsibility issue between the parents, a Guardian ad Litem will be appointed to represent the best interests of the child. The child will have "input" to the recommendation the GAL makes to the court, but not the "decision." The maturity level of the child will also be considered among the many factors.
