biological parent support
the biological father gave up custody in 97' child was adopted. Now that child is 18 sperm donator wants to have relationship @ 18yrs of age. Can I sue for college money?

No. New Hampshire child support obligations generally expire at age 18. The 18 year old can have whatever relationship he or she wants with biological father.
