Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire
Boyfriend wants his last name on birth certif.
My daughter is due in Feb. Her boyfriend is badgering her relentlessly to put HIS last name (instead of hers) on the baby's birth certificate. Are there any possible future legal ramifications if she allows this?

There are no negative consequences to your daughter based on her boyfriend's admission of paternity. Custody is not affected in any way by either a baby's first or last name.
