can i modify a modified order from the court in which they decided to give my ex custody of our child even though it is temperay

The facts you present are extremely limited. Formulating a response is difficult as I don't know what the order states or the basis upon which it was issued.
As a general rule, Temporary Orders remain in effect until the final hearing. However, if there is good cause and there is a substantial issue relating to the welfare of the children, then it may be possible to request an adjustment.
