Re: child custody and possession
New Hampshire no longer uses "custody" for the care of children. The court now assigns shared parenting rights and responsibilities. In order to more fully respond to your question, you should hire an attorney. The care and development of your child is too important to leave to chance. Once the court makes an order determining parenting rights and responsibilities, only the court can change it in the future.
