Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire
Child custody
I am seeking help in regards to my 21 year old daughter ( I am her father) who had her daughter taken away from her by both grandmothers. They filled for and were granted temporary custody pending a hearing. The paperwork they filled is all hearsay with not true facts. Both grandmothers have made up everything because they do not agree with how my daughter is raising her child. She is a single mother, going to school and also holds down a job. Her daughter was in daycare, in very good health and no reason what so ever to be taken away. She never kept them from seeing any of them. I have been told I can not see my grandaughter unless I go to one of the grandmother homes. The hearing is in two weeks and she has filled for custody back but has not heard back from the court at this time. This has all happened in the past week.
Thank you

Re: Child custody
Child custody matters are often very complex. Wihtout a complete examination of the pleadings and all athe facts it is impossible to offer substantive advice. I would urge that you hire an attorney to assist in this mattter. I expect that the court will also appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the interests of the minor child. If you daughter is under some disability, they may appoint one to represent her too. You need to be fully prepared well in advance of any hearing.
