My girlfriend left me and took our son to Mass. and I would like legal advice on what to do.

You need to provide more facts. How long did the child live in NH? How long has the children now lived in Massachusetts? Is she providing you the opportunity to see the child, and/or do you want custody of the child? Did she discuss moving to Massachusetts with you? How far away did she move from you and/or your old residence where you lived together?
