Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

child support

I have two children in college, and my Ex-husband does not support the fees, also states in divorce papers that he is supposed to still be paying for my daughters health insurance and is not, so my question to you is, how do I get him to pay and what would be the fees to hire a lawyer if need be, It also says he is supposed to be paying for college.
