Child support

In NH, if my daughter goes to college (at 18yrs old) am I still required by law to pay child support?

The answer to this question would require additional information. The starting point would be a review of your Divorce Decree and the order establishing child support. There have been some changes in the college funding issue over the past several years. Some older decrees carried language requiring continued payments, others did not.
