civil marriage annulment
My husband and I have been married for two months. He never wanted to consumate the marriage, or live together. He's in the millitary in TX. My legal residence is in NH. We got married in TX. Can I get this marriage annuled? How and were do I go about get it?

You can divorce or annul the marriage in New Hampshire; there are a few pre-requisites when a defendna is in the active duty military and is out of state but they are not too difficult.
