co-owners of home

What do I do if I purchasesd a home with someone and things are not working out? Not married and all his debt went on the mortgage. No pre-nupt.

You could negotiate a buyoff or signoff, or if such is not possible, you could file suit to sell or partition the property. Please let me know if you need assistance or wish to talk such over as I have experience in these actions. Good luck.
