Co-Parent refuses to follow parenting plan

My husbands co-parent refuses to follow the parenting plan. What can we do about this? Also, can we file a libel suit against her for posting slander against us on her myspace page?

If a court order has been violated, you have the right to petition the court for enforcement and/or a contempt citation. This is generally done with the assistance of an attorney. As to your second question, there would be a need for a thorough understanding of exactly what was posted, how it varies from the truth, whether or not it is believed by third parties, and whether or not it has caused any actual damages.
