getting custody
I have found my wife has been cheating on my for sometime. Found the logs on the puter of her making the plans with alot of different men none of witch she had known. some logs speak of groups of men she went and had sex with. Other logs give directions to our home while i was at work. I want to know what my chances are at getting custody of our 4 year old son as i dont want him growing up thinking this is how men treat women

The story you relate is clearly significant. I can offer no assurance that you would get sole custody (now called "Shared Parenting Rights and Responsibilities.") There is a presumptin that both parents are important in the raising of a child. However, the facts you relate may have an impact on the extent of parenting rights which the court would award to your wife. If both parents can not agree on how these rights will be shared, the court will appoint a Guardian ad Litem to represent the interests of the child. I urge that you retain an attorney who can fully review ALL the facts and circumstances so that the best possible outcome for you and your child can be achieved.
