Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Custody issue from parent with sole physical custody, joint legal.

My son's father is moving four times the distance away from his son. We currently share the responsibility of transporting our son to and from the ever other weekend visitation. This is no longer a reasonable distance to travel with a small child every other Friday night. Can this type of situation be easily revisited with the court or do I have completely refile? Is it likely that I'll be forced into this situation, even though it is not in the best interests of my son?
