Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

my divorce decree states that i may resume the use of my maiden name upon the decree being issued (8-04-09) does that mean that i may legally change my pertainant info..ie.ss card drivers license etc?

Yes! Be sure to change all records including tax, driver licence, voting, social security, subscriptions, employment, credit cards, etc.
