Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

divorce

I'm currently going through a divorce, I have a final order hearing next month. My question is, what questions should I be asking my attorney in order to be fully prepared for the final court date.

Hello & Thanks for Writing -

It depends whether it's a contested or an uncontested case; if you're represented by an attorney you should be in capable hands; make sure that if your fighting over any assets, and the value of the asset is in dispute, you have your valuations and appraisals in - they can be difficult to obtain at the last minute.

Are there children involved, are you both seeking custody, if so there are loose ends you'll want tied up on that front as well.
