My wife left me and our 3 kids last april 5,2006. She went to california to live with a man she met online, I want to know if there is a way to remove her from my mortgage.

Unless she will consent to transfer her ownership interest to you and you the arrange to re-finance the mortgage, you will be unable to do this. You should consult a Divorce attorney in your area to seek court protection.

The mortgage is a private contract with the bank and you have to make arrangments with them. I would caution you that getting your wife off the deed (title to house) is a more important issue. Perhaps it is time to explore divorce?
