Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

In the event that both My husband and I are are deseaced or unable to physically take care of our children, we'd like my brother to have custody. What do I need to do to ensure this happens? What information should be included in the letter?

Letter won't do it. All you need is a simple will where you nominate your brother as guardian.
