Right For a fair trial
Do i have the right to Sue The family court the local police Dept And the grand parents of my son for illegal and unfair defamation of chactator by lying in court under oath
contempt of court failure for a just and fair trial in court illegal running a drivers liscence because my ex wife is the dispatcher for the local police dept and i filed a complaint against my ex mother in law as a result i Recieved tickets and fines because the policeman ran my name not efven haveing my liscence number not even knowing what the issueing state was the Family court is in My Ex Wifes Home town she is the dispatcher for the emergency services in her town her cousin and best freind are policeman in that town with alot of influence in the court system there I was iunfairly treated with all my rights taken away and handed to her I would like to file a civil suit and file for a new trial in a different County Or State hopefully NY again where I live and where we started do i have the right Thanks--name removed--

You had/have the right to appeal the "unfair decision" with in 30 days after receiving written order/judgment. Also, there is an absolute privilege given parties in court as to their speech, including defamation. So no lawsuit there.
You said you started this in NY, are you sure the court that heard this had jurisdiction?

Without getting into the particular facts there is an absolute privilege against defamation for statements said under oath in court so you cannot sue for defamation. However if you can prove that a statement made under oath was a lie you can make a complaint with the district attorney's office which in its discretion could opt to prosecute for perjury.
