Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I am single parent of 3 college aged adults and own my own home. My live-in boyfriend (who has 2 pre-teen kids) and I want to refinance the house together. Should we get a prenuptual agreement to decide what happens to the house should we divorce, or if one dies?

It sounds like one tool to consider. There may be more to your situation than a prenuptual agreement. I'm assuming that you are contemplating marriage in the near future. You did not indicate your desire for dispostion of the house after your death. That is a significant issue to be discussed.
