Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire
My ex and I got into a fight because he got into a fight with my Daughter and I didn't back him
up and he threatened to take the child support away. What do I do?

Child support by court order is mandatory, not discretionary. If he does not pay, you have the right to bring the matter to the attention of the court for enforcement. Hopefully, he will calm down and both of you will be able to focus on the needs of your daughter, both financially and otherwise.
