I have coustody of my child who is almost18. How can I stop my ex wife from
from harassing me by taking my to court for issues that she knows nothing about to the point where it interferes with my own and or sons personal business?

When a person takes you to court on frivolous issues, and you are successful in winning the case or having the matter thrown out of court, you have right to sue that person for frivolous litigation. Please contact my office if you wish to discuss this possibility.
