A journal was kept without my knowlegde and then use against me in a court procceeding. It was kept by a member of my extended family so she could gain a tactacal advantage in the court room. She not only invaded my privacy but also I trusted her as a friend. She kept the journal on my life and had nothing to do with her life at all

I'm not licensed in your state and you may want to check with an attorneyr there whos is, but in every state i am aware of, there is NOTHING whatsoever improper about what your friend did or in allowing her to use that journal when testifying.Sounds like you might want to cross her off your list of friends, but nothing you've decribed happening in court sounds improper.
