Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I live in NH and was divorce back in 2001, I just recently found out that my exhusband was receiving bonus checks along with his annual salary but did not inform myself, my lawyer and the courts. My question is can I file a motion or some type of appeal for back child support from 2001 to 2004 when filed for modification to child support then?

Thanks

At the time of your divorce both parties were required to file an affidavit of financial condition under oath. If that affidavit was not accurate, you may have grounds to reopen the case and seek an adjustment based upon income at that time. If his income changed after the divorce, then there is a different set of rules regarding post-divorce income. You should sit down with a lawyer promptly as delay may impact your legal options.
