how will it affect my pay ,and if we buy a house together,and joint bank acounts

The information you provide is very limited. It is impossible to provide a good answer. I can only speak in very general terms.

Are you saying that you new wife is paying child support for the care of her children? If so, it should have no impact on your pay. As a general rule, child support is based upon income. Therefore, owning a house should not, in most circumstances, have an impact on child support calculations. However, there is a sligt possiblity that in a shared income household, some portion of your income might be factored into the child support calculation.
