Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire
Reasonable Visitation
We were divorced in CA. I reside in NH and he in Ca. I have full legal & physical custody. He has ''reasonable visitation''. Because of the physical abuse I and others have witnessed to the kids, I don't want him to take the kids for 1 mo. to CA during the summer. Can I, by law, tell him no? That he must come to NH to see them? Is there a way I can order supervised visitation? I am scared for my chilren's well being and want to know my rights and what I can do to keep them safe from his harm and abuse.
Please advise.

Based upon the facts and circumstances of your case, you may well be able to prevent him from taking the children to California, especially if there is a history of abuse.
