Recording a durable power of attorney
I have a notarised durable power of attorney for my husband while he is working in Iraq as a government contractor.
Under what circumstances should this document be recorded at the Registry of Deeds and is there any date/time restriction between notarising and recording?
Thank you!

Re: Recording a durable power of attorney
You need someone to look at the power of attorney. It likely does not have to be recorded. Was it notarized when he signed it? Or did a Judge Advocate witness/sign it? The expiration date will be in the durable power of attorney, if one is listed.
