I married my wife and adopted her child does my support to my other children with my ex wife go down because I now have another child to support

Generally, No. Unless your divorce decree and child support agreements contemplated this scenario;, then the decision to adopt a child does not reduce the support obligation to existing children.

This is a tricky area. I don't think you will get a reduction since you voluntarily entered into the adoption knowing what your support obligation was. I would suggest that you'd need an attorney to review your existing divorce decree and determine if this might be an exception to the basic rules.
