visitations of minor child

If I move to a nieghboring state, Maine can my husband stop my visitations with my son because he does not like my new boyfriend. Can he forbid me to have overnight visits?

It is impossible to answer your question on the limited facts presented. I do not know if you are divorced, or are in the process of getting a divorce.

The key to answering is to look to the terms of the court approved Parenting Plan. The ultimate test applied by the court is to find what is in the best interest of the child.

Since your rights, and the raising of your child are at stake, I suggest that hiring an attorney would be beneficial.
