i was defrauded of 500.00 now cant get the compant to refund me

You really need to post more details in order for any attorney to give you a useful answer. Two very general tips, and that is all they are: (1) file in small claims court, (2) depending on the nature of the complaint, you can always report this to the office of the attorney general, consumer affairs division.
