Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Hampshire

Internet auction fraud
I bought a purse on an online auctinsite on March 10th. Payment was sent on March 17th and the money order was cashed on March 24th. However, istill have not received the purse that I paid $90.00 for and the seller will not return my emails, money or the send the purse. What can I do to get the money back or get the purse? I feel this is fraud and this seller has done it to other sellers due to the feedback they have received since my auction has ended. I want my money back, and don't know what to do! I have reported them to the FTC, but they can't do anything without more complaints. Please let me know what my options are?! Thank you
