Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Hampshire
Is there an RSA I can use to determine how long a judge has to decide on a request to relinquish a debt from 22 years ago in a civil case? There is no proof I paid it and I am told by Rochester District Court that the records were destroyed after seven years.
