Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Hampshire

Simple question.

If I wish to sue a defendant as pro se in NH superior Court in a civil action claiming damages, and then for some reason do not prevail, can the defendant claim attorney's fees and cost against me?

The court can award if the legal action is determined to have been brought forward without a good faith basis. In order to be brought in good faith, there are a number of factors that must be considered.
