What is the statute of limitations to file a small claims suit in Newport, NH District Court? We were involved in an automobile accident and the insurance company first refused to pay, and now that I have the police accident report they are investigating whether or not to reopen the case. My 60 days are up this Friday and a friend told me I only had 60 days. Is this true? What is the statute of limitations? Please help. Thank you.
