Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire

Hi.. this is Ashwin, i have applied for my H1b in May this year i got an RFE for that. Unfortunately my job got finished and i got a new job. i have replied back the RFE with my new LCA because of change of client. Do i need to pay all my H1b and premium cost again??

You need to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. It sounds as though you have already responded to the intitial RFE (or your employer has). Because of issues with the H-1b cap, you may have significant issues with your situation.
