USCIS is currently taking about 6 months to process and approve these petitions (depending on how many petitions received). Once this petition is filed, you can apply for a K3 visa to try to get your husband to the USA faster once his application is being processed, but again, once all documentation is approved by USCIS, the petition will be forwarded to the Consulate, which will schedule the interview.
