Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire
citizenship
I'm filing for divorce after 4 years of marriage to a man who I have learned has drug abuse problems. He is now threatening to have my citizenship revoked and have me deported from The United States. I would like to know if I could lose my citizenship. Thank you.

Re: citizenship
No, you cannot have your citizenship revoked on the basis of divorcing someone.

Re: citizenship
If you committed treason against the US then maybe. But not for divorcing a drug addict.
