Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire
EAD revoked
My AOS has been denied and EAD revoked. I have been on H1B visa prior to AOS application. My H1B expired the day that EAD was issued. When exactly does my stay in US become illeagal?

Re: EAD revoked
You should contact an attorney to discuss re-applying for your green card or a new H-1B. Once your application was denied you no longer have status in the US. You should try to fix this ASAP.
If you would like to discuss your options in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact me direclty.
