fastest way to bring my boyfriend to the us from dominican republic ?

i've known my boyfriend since i was 15, i'm currently 21, i do have a few pictures of us when we were younger dont know if that help but anyways i just want to know the fastest way to get him to the us i could either marry him in dr or in the us i need to know the first step and how it works afterwards, also the length of time and type of proof that is needed. thanks hope to hear back soon.

You do have a couple of options. Depending on whether you marry before or after you file a petition on behalf of your boyfried, either a K visa or an I-130 immigrant visa petition would be appropriate.

There may be a few ways to do it. If you marry him in the DR and come back to the U.S. you may be able to file a K-3 for him. In the alternative you can file an I-130 on his behalf.
