Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire
If I am illegal in the US but entered the US on B2 visa with my two children. Now I am married to a US citizen. Can I file for myself and my two kids. If so, what is the first step? Is it the I-130? Can I file the I-130 along with the I-485 or do I have to wait to file the I-485 until my I-130 is approved? PLease help.

You can file the I-130, I-485, and I-765 all at the same time. You will likely benefit by consulting with an attorney for review of your filing and a full understanding of the process before filing.
You could possibly file all the documentation together. You should contact an immigration lawyer to advise you of your status related issues and how it would impact your adjustment application. My offices can give you a consultation. Feel free to call me at 408 245 2416
