should i have to pay the insurance company of a car i hit on an erand for a boss with no car insurance unbenounced to me, he is also lying to cover himself

You can always sue the employer for not having insurance on the company vehicle. The insurance company will seek money from you since you were the driver and may also seek money from the owner.
