Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Hampshire
falling in a customers house over dog
was giving customer estimate in their home. fell over their dog inside. hit head, and pulled achilles tendon.looking at surgery to repair it.would i be compensated some how under their homeowners insurance, or mine for this accident??

The home owner's insurer will cover them for your injuries if it is convinced they are liable for same. You can also make a medical payments claim under their homeowner's policy even if they would not be liable.
Your own worker's compensation policy might also be involved.
