Legal Question in Employment Law in New Hampshire

False-a-facation in an employment Contract

In my employment contract my employer wrote that I would be eligable for 401K and profit sharing after so many months. That time is up and know I told those benefits do not even exist.

what can I do? Did they brake any law?
