Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire
EvictionNotice today
Does the eviction notice have to be signed by my landlord?
A lawyer hand delivered a eviction notice to me today claiming that he is working for my landlord. I have thirty days to vacant the property. The evenction notice does not have my landlord's signature on it just has the lawyer's signature on it that prepared the eviction notice.
Is this a legal eviction notice? My landlord did not sign the eviction notice anywhere. His name is typed at the bottom of the page, but not signed by him. Am I wrong in thinking that the landlord himself has to sign the eviction paperwork not the his lawyer.
Please help have less than thirty days....

Re: EvictionNotice today
The attorney is the legal representative of the landlord (imagine if the Landlord was a CORPORATION).
You need local real estate counsel ASAP!!!
