lease in apartment
i rented an apartment for 1 year, my girlfriend and her friend moved in. we share 1 bedroom the girlfriend the other all 3 names on lease. my girlfriend and i broke up and she wants me to sleep on living room couch but i have no privacy . they won't share 1 bedroom and won't let me move without continuing to pay my share of the rent

You should speak to an attorney in New Hampshire for specific legal advice and options.
You might consider moving out and taking your chances that they will file suit against you. You might also consider speaking with your landlord to see if s/he will release you.
