Your leasing an apartment the landlord sells the apartment is he/she able to transfer you lease to the new landlord or does he/she have to make new contract

Under most circumstances the new owner takes the property with the tenant in place and must honor the existing lease.
Not all situations are identical so it may be worthwhile to have your lease reviewed by an attorney.
