Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

I haven't recieved my security deposit back from my past land-lord, it has been 30+ days and I haven't seen a letter stating why I haven't recieved it. I have been contacting the rental agency about getting it and he says he doesn't have it the land-lord does. How do I should I go about getting my money?

Start by sending a copy of this along with a letter to your landlord requesting return of your security deposit.

If you do not get a favorable response, you'll need to bring suit at the appropriate Circuit Court.
