Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

I rented a condo from a association on May 1, 2014 with a 1 yr lease and a 60 day written notice to vacate > I just received a notice from the bank that I have to be out by Oct 10, 2014 for they are having a auction what are my rights? Do we have to move ?

The answer to your question would depend upon a review of the lease and a review of the notice from the bank. I seriously doubt the bank can force you out by the date specified, but further study would be needed.
